Latest update from the trip: Today we left Gandia heading for Benidorm. In spite of taking the costal route, we have come up against quite a few mountains which together with the long stage has made it very hard work. The best bit of the day was when we stopped in Denia where we bathed in the Med and ate a seafood paella. By Phil, Rach and Milly
